1. About Us

Rush Lobsters is a premium seafood supplier based in the United Kingdom. References to “we”, “us” or “our” refer to Rush Lobsters.

2. Orders

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

3. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

5. Delivery

We aim to deliver all orders within the timeframes stated on our Delivery Information page. Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for full details.

6. Perishable Goods

Our products are perishable. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive your delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for products that deteriorate due to failed delivery attempts where you have not made adequate arrangements to receive your order.

7. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect or of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will do our best to resolve the matter. 8. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, natural variations in seafood products mean that the appearance, size and weight of individual items may vary slightly from those shown.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, is the property of Rush Lobsters and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rush Lobsters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order.
