Rush Lobsters – Shipping Policy
UK-Wide Seafood Delivery Rush Lobsters delivers live, fresh, chilled and frozen seafood across most of mainland UK using APC Overnight. Every order is carefully packed using specialist insulated packaging appropriate to the product being dispatched.
Minimum Order Our minimum online order value is £40.
Delivery Charges
- £40.00 – £49.99: £9.95 weekday delivery
- £50.00 – £79.99: £6.95 weekday delivery
- £80.00 and over: FREE weekday delivery
- Saturday delivery: £9.95
- Customer collection: FREE
Order Cut-Off Time Orders must normally be placed before 2pm to be eligible for dispatch for next-working-day delivery. Orders placed after 2pm will normally be dispatched the following working day.
Dispatch Days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Friday dispatch for Saturday delivery is available to the majority of the UK, subject to postcode and courier-service availability.
Next-Day Delivery We use APC Overnight for nationwide parcel deliveries. We aim for orders dispatched using our next-day service to arrive on the following delivery day. Unless expressly advertised as guaranteed, delivery dates and times should be treated as estimates.
Saturday Delivery Orders dispatched on Friday may be delivered on Saturday to the majority of the UK, subject to postcode and courier-service availability. Certain Highlands, Islands and remote locations are excluded.
Bank Holidays We do not normally dispatch orders on Bank Holiday Mondays. Delivery arrangements around Christmas, New Year and other Bank Holidays may vary and will be communicated on our website.
Highlands, Islands & Remote Areas Certain locations may require additional transit time or may not be available for particular perishable products. Please contact us if you are unsure whether we can deliver to your postcode.
Receiving Your Delivery Because seafood is perishable, please arrange for someone to receive your order wherever possible. Once your order arrives, unpack it promptly and follow the appropriate storage instructions.
Problems With a Delivery If your parcel arrives damaged, incorrectly delivered, at an unsuitable temperature, or a live lobster arrives dead or in an unacceptable condition, please contact: sales@rushlobsters.co.uk as soon as reasonably possible. Please retain the product and packaging where safe to do so and provide photographs where possible.
