Cooking Instructions

Deep fry: Heat oil to 180°C and fry from frozen for 3–4 minutes until golden and crisp. Oven: Preheat to 200°C (fan 180°C) and bake from frozen for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway.

Serving Suggestions

Serve with a squeeze of lemon and a good aioli or tartare sauce. Also excellent with a fresh rocket and lemon salad, or as part of a mixed seafood sharing platter.
